Thunderbird 1110 combines high-precision GPS and rock-strata measurement for rotary blast drills. Paired with Orion Data Analytics, it provides real-time rock-hardness data, drill monitoring, and reporting to inform blasting.

Actuator migrated Thunderbird's Unity UI to Motium touch devices, hardened the prototype for live sites, and added guided calibration. We unified services with CR Titan, refactored for broad system testing, improved large mine-plan performance, and supported on-site workflows and troubleshooting.

Titan 3330 gives loader operators real-time payload data to hit truck-specific targets, reduce over- and underloads, and improve fleet productivity. It supports face shovels, backhoes, and wheel loaders, with in-cab feedback and daily performance reporting.
